Translate Figma designs and AI workflows into production‑ready React/Next.js components, ensuring responsive, accessible, and SEO‑friendly UI. Collaborate closely with the founder and design team to iterate on UX and interface polish. Expectations: • Deliver pixel‑perfect and interactive UI components within tight timelines. • Own end‑to‑end feature implementation from design to API integration. • Advocate for UX best practices, performance, and code quality. • Operate autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment, proposing enhancements beyond routine tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop responsive UI using React.js and Next.js (App Router preferred). 2. Convert Figma design assets into reusable, high‑quality components. 3. Build dashboard‑heavy interfaces (charts, timelines, skill graphs, career trees). 4. Integrate front‑end with external REST/JSON APIs. 5. Manage state, forms, and dynamic user flows using modern patterns. 6. Ensure performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and SEO readiness. 7. Collaborate on UX improvements, animations, and micro‑interactions. 8. Maintain clean, modular, and scalable component architecture. Required Skills: - 5+ years of front‑end development experience, preferably in startup settings. - Proficient in React.js and Next.js (App Router). - Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience with Tailwind CSS or comparable modern CSS framework. - API integration knowledge (REST/JSON). - Solid understanding of component‑based architecture. - Version control proficiency with Git/GitHub. - Ability to work independently and drive product improvement initiatives.
