Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to help build and scale the Syce.ai web application.

You’ll work closely with the founder to turn Figma designs and AI-driven workflows into a fast, elegant, and production-ready frontend.

This is a hands-on role—you’ll directly shape the product users interact with.

Responsibilities

Build responsive, high-performance UI using React.js / Next.js
Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect components
Implement dashboard-heavy UI (charts, timelines, skill graphs, career trees)
Integrate frontend with REST / API endpoints
Manage state, forms, and dynamic user flows
Ensure performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
Collaborate on UX improvements and animations
Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable component architecture

Required Skills

Strong experience with React.js
Hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
Solid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks
Familiarity with API integration (REST / JSON)
Understanding of component-based architecture
Experience working with Git / GitHub
Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Good to Have (Bonus)

Experience with ShadCN / Magic UI
Experience building dashboards or SaaS products
Knowledge of charts/visualization libraries
Experience with Vercel deployment
Understanding of UX, animations, and micro-interactions
Prior experience working on AI-powered products
