Composée d'une équipe de techniciens du vin et de la restauration, le Comptoir des Grandes Marques apporte une offre unique en matière de sélection de produits, de conseil et de formation aux produits et de logistique adaptée aux métiers du vin et de la restauration. Notre nouveau bâtiment implanté sur la zone industrielle de l’Inquétrie sur une surface de 14.000 m2, des locaux de 5.000 m2 a été construit avec un soucis de qualité. Job Description
**Job Title** Key Account Manager – Hauts‑de‑France **Role Summary** Drive the growth and retention of high‑potential, multi‑owner and national accounts in wine and spirits. Act as the primary liaison between industrial partners, sector managers, and corporate clients, overseeing negotiations, contract implementation, and performance tracking. **Expectations** - Demonstrated success managing B2B key accounts, preferably within wine, spirits, or premium product sectors. - Strong commercial mindset, negotiation prowess, and project‑management capability. - Excellent relational and teamwork skills. - Proficiency with CRM and standard office software. - Highly organized, autonomous, and detail‑oriented. - Valid driver’s licence (Category B). **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain regular, structured communication with industrial partners (wine & spirits). - Negotiate and monitor specific agreements and tripartite contracts. - Identify partnership opportunities and coordinate contract execution with sector managers. - Define and execute an approach strategy for high‑potential, multi‑owner accounts in the Hauts‑de‑France region and nationally. - Expand and retain these accounts. - Manage relationships with purchasing central entities (Accor, Hilton, Marriott, Valaé, etc.). - Deploy agreements on the ground in coordination with the field network. - Promote wine & spirits training and educational offerings to professional partners in the hospitality, catering, and restaurant sectors (CHR). - Track performance indicators and client satisfaction metrics. - Target, respond to, and follow up on tenders from large accounts: major caterers, institutional food services, large enterprises/groups, restaurant chains, and franchises. **Required Skills** - B2B key account management (≥3 years); experience in wine, spirits, or luxury goods preferred. - Negotiation, commercial acumen, and project‑management skills. - Superior interpersonal communication and teamwork orientation. - Proficient in CRM systems and common office software. - Strong organizational sense, autonomous work style, and meticulousness. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - Valid Category B driving licence.
