**Job Title:** Key Account Manager **Role Summary:** Drive long-term revenue growth by strategically managing relationships with top clients, serving as a primary liaison to align client goals with internal teams. Focus on exceeding client expectations, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the strategic direction of account management. **Expectations:** Client-focused, self-driven professional committed to maximizing SaaS solution value for customers and revenue targets. Must demonstrate adaptability, independence, and collaborative leadership across departments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewal strategies for key accounts. - Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase market share, retention, and revenue. - Advise clients on optimizing SaaS solutions and deliver business-specific insights. - Optimize sales processes for efficiency and scalability in high-growth environments. - Identify cross-selling/upselling opportunities and innovate new SaaS concepts. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to integrate feedback into development. - Manage product budgets to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Build/maintain relationships with strategic clients to drive long-term growth. - Represent the company at events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. - Share best practices and support team onboarding and development. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proven experience in Key Account Management or strategic B2B SaaS/cloud sales. - Cross-departmental collaboration and change-management capabilities. - Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and adapting to fast-paced environments. - Deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
