Kiona is searching for a Key Account Manager to join CAREL FRANCE team.
The position's objective is to drive long-term success and revenue growth by strategically managing and nurturing relationships with the company’s most important clients. This role serves as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are understood, expectations are exceeded, and mutual business goals are achieved. The KAM is responsible for identifying new opportunities and find new opportunities within existing accounts, leading complex negotiations, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the account management team. Ensure Kiona is the leading prop tech player, with increasing market position and growing recurring revenue.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewal strategies with key accounts.
Drive strategic initiatives that contribute to increased market share, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights on how to maximize the value of SaaS solutions.
Continuously assess and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability in a growing business environment.
Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and the development of new SaaS-based concepts.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
Take full ownership of the budget for specific products, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers to ensure long-term growth and customer success.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Share best practices, support onboarding, and contribute to team development.
Requirements
Commitment and interest in digitalization, building automation, technology and sales of systems that have a major impact on the green shift.
Solid experience in Key Account Management or strategic sales within SaaS, cloud solutions, or other technical B2B sales environments.
Innovative, structured with good analytical skills.
Commercial skills to win deals
Influencing skills with great communication to reach the goals
Collaboration skills, change management and abilities driving one Kiona cross departments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability and problem-solving skills are key. Using AI tools as a ways of working.

Understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years' of relevant work experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
