Job title: Marketing & Sales Manager – K‑Beauty Products Distribution Role Summary: Oversee strategy, partnership, and sales operations for K‑Beauty products within the local market and export channels. Drive revenue growth, manage cross‑border logistics, and build relationships with retailers, distributors, and e‑commerce platforms. Expectations: * Increase market share and meeting sales targets for K‑Beauty portfolio. * Expand partnership network and entry into new retail and e‑commerce segments. * Maintain compliance with customs, shipping, and financial regulations for international orders. Key Responsibilities: * **Business Development** – Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with cosmetics retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces. * **Market Research & Analysis** – Conduct consumer trend studies, evaluate competitive landscape, and recommend product opportunities. * **Export & Distribution Coordination** – Collaborate with HQ to manage order processing, shipping, customs clearance, and compliance. * **Sales Strategy & Execution** – Set country‑specific sales targets, design promotion plans, and monitor performance metrics. * **Trade Show & Buyer Engagement** – Represent company at international beauty exhibitions, meet potential buyers, and promote brand visibility. * **Contract & Payment Management** – Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure timely invoicing and collections. Required Skills: * Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities, especially with retailers and distributors. * Experience in merchandising (MD) or purchasing within cosmetics retail channels. * Familiarity with cross‑border logistics, customs, and export/import compliance. * Analytical skills for market research and sales performance evaluation. * Proficiency in local language (native level) and business‑level English. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetics retail, distribution, or export/import operations. * Additional certifications in supply chain management, trade compliance, or similar are a plus.
