Focus on enhancing sales and revenue operations through strategic technical solutions in a high-growth environment. **Expectations:** Demonstrate advanced expertise in complex Salesforce ecosystems, translating business needs into scalable Revenue Cloud solutions. Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while ensuring system efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer and optimize Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing) systems for sales, pricing, and billing operations. - Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows (Flows, Apex) and API integrations to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align Salesforce functionality with revenue operations and business objectives. - Architect and manage Salesforce data models, security frameworks, user roles, and permission sets. - Document system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards. **Required Skills:** - Deep knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. - Expertise in Salesforce architecture, API integrations, automation tools (Flows, Apex triggers), and reporting. - Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, pricing strategies, and billing automation. - Proficiency in Salesforce security models, user management, and system maintenance. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. - Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant. - Minimum 5 years of Salesforce administration experience, including 2+ years in Revenue Cloud/CPQ/Billing environments.
