Job Description
Job title: Application Domain Manager – Finance & HR Information Systems Role Summary: Lead the evolution of finance and HR IT systems, bridging the IT department and business units. Ensure system coherence, reliability, and performance while modernizing user practices across finance and HR functions. Expactations: * Demonstrate advanced expertise in finance and HR information systems within a digital transformation context. * Drive end‑to‑end application lifecycle management, from requirements capture to deployment and support. * Collaborate cross‑functionally to align IT solutions with business processes. Key Responsibilities: * Facilitate user workshops to elicit and formalise business requirements. * Author functional specifications and coordinate development or vendor implementation. * Conduct system testing, validation, and sign‑off of new features. * Maintain up‑to‑date operational documentation and internal procedures. * Plan, deliver, and evaluate user and IT team training sessions. * Provide level‑2/3 support for corrective and evolutionary maintenance. * Oversee integration of enterprise applications or custom application development. * Monitor production applications for performance and continuous improvement. * Keep abreast of technological and regulatory developments relevant to finance and HR. Required Skills: * Deep knowledge of finance processes (accounting, controlling) and HR processes (payroll, time tracking). * Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Finance, O2C, P2P), Hyperion/Essbase, Sage Payroll, Kelio, Odoo, and CRM platforms. * Strong project management, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills. * Analytical mindset, meticulousness, and clear written communication. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, computer science, finance, or related field. * Equivalent professional qualification or recognized certification in SAP, project management, or finance/HR systems.
