Job Description
Job title: Sales Administrator, Events Role Summary: Organize, coordinate, and support sales operations for a flagship luxury event. Manage lead flow, maintain CRM data, produce reporting, and liaise between sales, marketing, finance, and event teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of sales documentation and client communications. Expactations: • Accurate, timely data entry and record‑keeping in CRM. • Consistent generation of sales performance reports and forecasts. • Smooth coordination of client and internal communications. • Proactive identification and implementation of process improvements. • Professional handling of confidential information. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team, preparing contracts, proposals, invoices, and other sales documents in line with company standards. - Receive, distribute, and follow up on inbound enquiries to support revenue goals. - Maintain up‑to‑date, accurate client data in Salesforce and related platforms. - Generate regular sales performance reports, activity summaries, and forecasts for management. - Act as central liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and effective information flow. - Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items. - Coordinate materials and logistics for sales presentations, internal reviews, and partner meetings. - Assist with pre‑ and post‑event tasks: buyer/exhibitor communication, document collation, database updates, and post‑event follow‑up. - Identify and recommend administrative and sales process efficiencies; enforce adherence to company policies and brand standards. Required Skills: - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. - High attention to detail and strong data integrity focus. - Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and Microsoft Office. - Basic data analysis and report‑generation capability. - Clear written and verbal communication. - Ability to manage confidential information discreetly. - Collaborative mindset and proactive problem‑solving attitude. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
