Job Description: Job title: Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and implement scalable custom solutions on the Salesforce platform for enterprise clients. Utilize Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform configuration to enhance CRM functionality and automate business processes. Expactations: - Work with 0‑5 years of relevant experience. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Apply Agile/Scrum practices within the software development life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Write and test Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages. - Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components. - Configure Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and custom objects. - Use Data Loader and other tools for data migration and cleanup. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. - Maintain version control using Git and deploy with Salesforce DX. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning. - Document solutions and provide support during go‑live and post‑implementation phases. Required Skills: - Salesforce development proficiency (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura). - Understanding of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices. - Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard). - Basic version control skills (Git). - Ability to read and write technical documentation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field. - Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201).
