About the Role: Salesforce Developer

We are actively seeking motivated individuals for Entry-Level and Mid-Level full-time Salesforce Developer positions. Responsibilities focus on the design, development, and implementation of scalable custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. This includes writing Apex code, developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), configuring complex workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure optimal CRM performance and business process automation.

Qualifications

Education: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline (Required).
Experience: Possess 0-5 years of relevant work experience or dedicated project experience in software development, web development, or CRM administration.

Technical Skills (Required):

Solid proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex classes, Triggers, and Visualforce.
Strong understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and Data Loader.

Preferred Skills (Salesforce Specific):

Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud architectures.
Knowledge of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and Salesforce DX.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) or Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) is a strong plus.
