Focuses on ensuring data services, applications, and integrations adhere to architectural best practices and a long-term vision. **Expectations:** - Drive innovation and efficiency across product-oriented teams. - Ensure technical solutions align with organization-wide strategic goals. - Mentor development teams and collaborate across business and technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own system architecture and integration patterns for data services, applications, and Salesforce platforms. - Lead the design of scalable, secure technical solutions aligned with business requirements. - Evaluate and recommend technology stacks to ensure scalability, performance, and security. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on architectural best practices. - Collaborate with program leads, analysts, and Salesforce developers to design and improve solutions. - Create technical documentation to support feature development and maintainability. - Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the solution lifecycle. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in enterprise architecture principles and system integration patterns. - Strong proficiency in Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) and web technologies (JavaScript frameworks, APIs). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning components, and cloud-based solutions. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. - Leadership to influence consensus and drive team alignment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - 6+ years’ experience in software development/architecture (3+ in a Solutions Architect role). - Proven Salesforce platform experience in integrated environments. - Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect) preferred. - Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) advantageous.
