**Job Title:** Director, International Account Management and Merchandising **Role Summary:** Leads international product development and account management for multiple footwear brands, driving sales growth, market expansion, and alignment with global merchandising strategies. Acts as a senior liaison between brand teams, demand planning, and external partners to ensure seamless product lifecycle execution across international markets. **Expectations:** - Achieve international sales targets and budget forecasts. - Deliver accurate demand planning and order management from IBP to SAP. - Expand brand presence by onboarding and training key global partners. - Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and local nuances. - Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all regions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support brand teams (e.g., Naturalizer, LifeStride, Dr. Scholl’s) with international product development needs. - Analyze sales trends, track performance against budget, and forecast year‑over‑year results. - Collaborate with Global Merchandising on regional assortment planning and price architecture. - Oversee full account lifecycle: product setup, market material distribution, forecasting, order roll‑ups, store openings, and global marketing alignment. - Partner with Demand Planning/Operations to manage order placement, shipment execution, and revenue collection. - Identify and onboard strategic partnerships in priority consumer markets. - Serve as subject‑matter expert on international market dynamics, competitor activity, and channel strategies. - Lead partner onboarding and training on product knowledge, brand story, and customer experience standards. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years of experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or consumer goods with international exposure. - Proven people‑leadership and team‑development capabilities. - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. - Deep product and consumer insight; ability to predict market demand. - Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship‑building skills with diverse partners. - Financial acumen and solid understanding of fashion and retail economics. - Ability to navigate pricing rules, marketing/PR touchpoints, and sales channel nuances across regions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - No specific certifications required; relevant industry training or certifications are a plus.
