Job title: Business Development Associate (Entry Level) Role Summary: Deliver residential sales for TELUS in the GTA, applying a proven sales process to close new customers and generate revenue on a high‑performance, commission‑based structure. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound, relationship‑based outreach to prospective TELUS customers. - Master the company sales process within the first week; close ≥2 customers weekly. - Manage personal pipeline, track sales metrics, and meet or exceed monthly targets. - Participate in daily coaching, review performance data, and implement feedback. - Engage in team contests and events to maintain competitive momentum. - Collaborate with teammates, share insights, and contribute to a high‑performance culture. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation. - Strong resilience, ability to handle rejection, and keep motivation high. - Self‑motivation, goal orientation, and reliability. - Coachability and receptiveness to constructive feedback. - Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership of sales cycle, and initiative. - Basic proficiency in CRM or sales tracking tools.
