Job title: Social Media Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate and execute all digital marketing and social media initiatives to grow brand awareness and engagement. Lead content creation, influencer relationships, and analytics to optimize campaign performance while collaborating with internal design and sales teams. Expectations: - Manage multiple marketing projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines. - Deliver engaging, on‑brand content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, email). - Build and sustain relationships with influencers and external partners. - Analyze performance data and produce actionable insights and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end‑to‑end content development: copy, graphics, short videos, Pinterest pins, ads. - Utilize platform tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Reels/Stories, LinkedIn Ads) and email marketing platforms for campaign creation, execution, and tracking. - Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers; manage outreach, contracts, deliverables, timelines, and performance reporting. - Monitor KPI metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools; create dashboards and reports. - Collaborate with Graphic Designer and Ads Specialist to refine creative direction across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy. - Handle miscellaneous marketing tasks in a small‑business environment. Required Skills: - 3+ years progressive experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media roles. - Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CMS, and social media management tools. - Strong copywriting and content creation (text, image, video). - Experience with Canva or similar design tools; intermediate photo editing skills. - Analytical mindset: data interpretation, reporting, and optimization. - Excellent organization, time‑management, and multitasking. - Creative thinking; ability to propose new growth ideas. - Team collaboration and accountability in a fast‑paced setting. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. - No specific certifications required (preferred: Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar).
