**Quality Assurance Lead**
**Role Summary**
Lead and oversee quality assurance testing for enterprise network and security transformation programs, ensuring compliance with technical standards, stakeholder requirements, and operational objectives through strategic test governance and automation.
**Expectations**
Demonstrated leadership in QA for complex IT transformations involving networking, security, and cloud environments. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and implement standardized testing frameworks aligned with zero-trust security and modern network architectures.
**Key Responsibilities**
Define and execute test strategies for network modernization (SD-WAN, SASE), security modernization, and compliance-driven initiatives.
Coordinate functional, integration, UAT, and business validation testing across distributed teams.
Collaborate with business users to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation processes.
Ensure test environment readiness for cloud platforms, network infrastructure, and security systems.
Validate network configurations, security controls, and compliance with enterprise policies.
Monitor test progress, manage defects and risks, and deliver status reports to leadership.
Implement test automation, optimize QA processes, and represent QA in release readiness and governance reviews.
**Required Skills**
Expertise in UAT management, process validation, test automation (tools and methodologies).
Technical proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), zero-trust security models, SASE architectures.
Knowledge of network operations, security monitoring, and compliance (ISO, NIST, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications in QA methodologies (ISTQB, CSTE), cybersecurity (CISSP, CEH), or cloud computing (AWS, Azure) preferred.
