Role Summary
The QA Lead will manage and govern all testing activities for the SecNet transformation program, ensuring quality delivery across network and security modernization initiatives. This role will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to drive effective User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Process Validation, while embedding quality standards throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute testing strategies aligned with network modernization (SD-WAN, SASE) and zero-trust security objectives.
Coordinate functional, integration, UAT, and business validation testing across distributed teams.
Engage business users to support test scenario definition, acceptance criteria, and validation execution.
Ensure readiness of test environments, including cloud platforms and network/security infrastructure.
Validate network configurations, security controls, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Monitor test progress, manage risks and defects, and provide status reporting to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement through test automation, standardized QA processes, and governance.
Represent QA in release readiness reviews and program governance forums.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership in quality assurance for complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs involving networking and security domains.
Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business users.
Hands-on experience with UAT management, process validation, and test automation strategies.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), zero-trust security models, SASE architectures, and compliance-driven environments.
Understanding of modern network operations, security monitoring, and automated response mechanisms.
