Job Description

**Job title:** Portfolio Administration Intern **Role Summary:** Assist in daily operational and reconciliation tasks for an ETF portfolio, ensuring accurate cash, position, and transaction records across multiple custodians and service providers. **Expectations:** - Perform precise reconciliations in a fast‑paced environment. - Maintain high data integrity and meet reconciliation deadlines. - Communicate effectively with custodians, fund accountants, and internal teams. - Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct daily cash and position reconciliations between internal records, custodians, fund accountants, and order management systems. - Review and validate corporate actions (dividends, tender offers, mergers, rights issues). - Reconcile expected versus received proceeds; submit claims when discrepancies arise. - Resolve missed or incorrect corporate action payments with custodians and fund accountants. - Identify, prepare, and submit withholding tax reclaims for global dividend, interest, and income events. - Track reclaim cycles, deadlines, and jurisdictional requirements. - Monitor daily cash balances across all ETF portfolios and multiple currency accounts. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas). - Ability to handle multiple data sources and rapid task prioritization. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Problem‑solving aptitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current undergraduate student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. - Authorized to work in the US. ---
