**Job Title** Product Engineer **Role Summary** Drive solution selling for technology products by engaging senior executives and technical decision‑makers, managing the full sales cycle, and partnering with senior sales leadership to refine strategies. Act as the bridge between product features and customer value, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely outreach, and successful contract closure. **Expectations** - Minimum 2 years sales‑engineering experience, preferably in AI or SaaS markets. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. - Proven ability to meet or exceed quarterly quotas and manage high‑volume outbound activities. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. • Support sales executives in solution selling to the existing account base. 2. • Execute multiple simultaneous client campaigns, ensuring consistent momentum. 3. • Co‑create and deliver tailored presentations and product demos showcasing value propositions. 4. • Own the sales cycle from outreach through contract signing, including pricing negotiation and deal closure. 5. • Conduct high‑volume daily outbound calls to secure qualified meetings. 6. • Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce Lightning, Zoho). 7. • Troubleshoot post‑installation product issues and recommend upgrades or improvements. 8. • Collaborate with teammates to iterate outreach tactics, share insights, and maximize impact. **Required Skills** - Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce Lightning, Zoho), dialers (RingCentral, Koncert), and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Technical acumen to explain complex concepts simply; familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated with a sense of urgency. - Analytical, resourceful, and proactive in identifying and addressing stakeholder needs. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent). - 2+ years sales‑engineering experience is required; no specific certifications mandated.
