We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to Lead our business development
and sales strategy for AI and SaaS clients, within engineering,
manufacturing, and industrial markets, helping early-stage startups
build pipeline and scale their sales operations.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Product Engineer with proven experience in
selling technology solutions to senior executives and technical
decision makers. You must have killer communication skills and be
passionate about smashing targets and meeting quotas. Comfortable
working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls.
Reporting to the Senior Product Enginner you will carry out the
following duties and responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect
account base.
Balance and execute multiple client campaigns simultaneously
without missing a beat.
Work with the Senior sales team to create and deliver powerful
presentations and customized product demos that clearly
communicate our company’s products and services, and the
uniqueness of the value proposition to customers.
Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to final contract
signing, negotiating pricing and closing deals.
Work closely with your teammates to refine strategies, share
insights, and optimize outreach for maximum impact.
Make an impressive number of outbound calls each day to engage
prospects and secure qualified meetings.
Keep our CRM up-to-date with every interaction, ensuring smooth
follow-ups and seamless handoffs to the sales team. Leverage
Hubspot and SFDC
Help clients with troubleshooting issues with installed products
and recommending improved or upgraded solutions.
Work closely with your teammates to refine strategies, share
insights, and optimize outreach for maximum impact.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
2 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer.
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, both
on the phone and in person.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Extensive working knowledge of Zoominfo, Koncert, Hubspo, ERPS.
