Job Description
Job Title: Product Owner Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end delivery and continuous improvement of core technology platforms for a global data centre operator, ensuring platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with business strategy. Expactations: Deliver on-time, on-budget technology roadmaps, demonstrate measurable ROI, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and uphold compliance with evolving IT and security standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead delivery and optimization of critical SaaS platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Procore, Maximo, Assetspire, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.). - Conduct regular service reviews with business functional and site owners, presenting innovation roadmaps and performance insights. - Manage incident response and root‑cause analysis to ensure rapid resolution and continuity of service. - Monitor system availability, performance, and security across the technology estate. - Enforce internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO 27001) for a secure, compliant environment. - Oversee audits, asset tracking, and documentation for transparency and accountability. - Track and report on service performance, user satisfaction, and resolution metrics to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Experience managing complex project portfolios with on‑budget, on‑time delivery. - Deep knowledge of ITIL and security frameworks (ISO 27001, etc.). - Proficiency in digital transformation and modernization of legacy systems. - Ability to design cost‑effective strategies that enhance productivity and resilience. - Broad technical expertise with enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud‑first architectures. - Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. - Certifications: ITIL v3/v4 Foundation (preferred), ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor (preferred).
