About the Role

As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering the technology capabilities that support Global Switch’s global operations. You will be part of a team that own the end-to-end delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation of our technology estate.

You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders both at group in our corporate head office and our data centre locations to drive productivity, enhance our platforms on an ongoing basis, and embed scalable technology solutions across the business. From overseeing service delivery and innovation roadmaps to implementing robust return on investment frameworks and ensuring compliance with evolving legislation, you will ensure our digital environment remains resilient, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery and continuous optimisation of core technology platforms across the leading global vendors including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Procore, Maximo, Assetspire, Autodesk Construction Cloud and more.
Conduct regular service reviews with key business functional and site owners sharing innovation roadmaps and performance insights.
Lead incident response and root cause analysis, ensuring swift resolution and continuity of service.
Monitor systems to ensure availability, performance, and security across the estate.
Uphold internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO 27001), ensuring a secure and compliant technology environment.
Oversee audits, asset tracking, and documentation to support transparency and accountability.
Track and report on service performance, user satisfaction, and resolution metrics to inform continuous improvement.

About you

You’re a strategic and delivery-focused Product Owner who thrives on driving innovation and continuous improvement. You’re confident managing complex technology platforms, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. With a strong grasp of service performance, compliance, and ROI, you bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every project.

Key Requirements:

Experience managing complex project portfolios with timely, on-budget delivery and clear stakeholder communication.
Deep understanding of IT service management and security frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001).
Skilled in digital transformation and modernising legacy platforms to meet evolving business needs.
Designing and implementing cost-effective strategies that improve productivity and resilience.
Broad technical knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms.
Experience in cloud-first environments and systems architecture.
