Job title: Business Development Manager Role Summary: Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities for industrial asset disposition, advancing prospects through the inspection pipeline. Execute consistent outreach (phone, email, digital), build long‑term client relationships, and maintain accurate CRM records to support growth across Canada and the U.S. Expactations: Deliver a consistent, high‑quality prospecting cadence; expand the sales pipeline; ensure accurate, up‑to‑date CRM documentation; collaborate with internal teams on BD initiatives; demonstrate self‑directed progress and a strong client‑centric mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor industry news, trends, and events impacting asset sales. - Initiate outbound outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and digital channels. - Build and sustain enduring relationships with industry contacts. - Manage and advance existing sales pipeline stages, particularly the inspection phase. - Qualify leads and nurture them toward commitment. - Maintain precise CRM and database records. - Support BD projects and initiatives as required. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication; adept at phone, email, and digital outreach. - Comfortable with cold calling and proactive prospecting. - Highly organized, process‑oriented, and detail‑focused. - Quick learner of new processes and procedures. - Self‑motivated, able to work independently after training. - CRM system experience an asset. - French language proficiency an asset. Required Education & Certifications: - Not specified; preference for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
