Job Description
Job Title: IT Analyst Role Summary IT Analyst who analyzes business requirements, designs system improvements, and manages day‑to‑day support for core applications, ensuring reliable operation and data integrity across the organization. Expactations • Provide expert IT support, resolving tickets promptly. • Maintain and configure ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related tools. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement and integrate new systems. • Utilize Power BI, SQL, and Excel to enhance reporting and process automation. • Act as a proactive problem solver, improving efficiency and system performance. Key Responsibilities - Partner with business units to translate functional needs into system or process enhancements. - Serve as first‑line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. - Administer user access, permissions, and configuration settings for Microsoft 365, ERP, and CRM platforms. - Document system configurations, change procedures, and user guides. - Coordinate with MSPs and vendors for infrastructure support, licensing, and technology projects. - Lead or support implementation of new applications, integrations, and automation initiatives. - Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements. - Conduct regular system audits and security checks. - Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users. Required Skills - 3+ years of experience in systems administration or business systems analysis. - Microsoft 365 proficiency (Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams). - Hands‑on support experience with ERP, CRM, or HRIS solutions. - Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel for data analysis. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities. - Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external partners. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar are preferred.
