We’re looking for an IT Analyst who’s passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency, reliability, and growth across the organization. You’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and takes pride in ensuring that systems, processes, and people work seamlessly together. With a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the tools and systems that empower every team at Fusion Homes to perform at their best.

What You’ll be Doing:

Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into system or process improvements that enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, ensuring timely, professional, and customer-focused resolution of technical issues.
Maintain and administer key business applications (ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, etc.), including user access, configurations, and documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors and the managed service provider (MSP) to support infrastructure, licensing, and technology project delivery.
Support implementation of new systems, integrations, and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and strengthen reporting capabilities.

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of progressive experience in systems administration, business systems analysis, or a related hybrid IT role.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Azure AD, SharePoint, and Teams), with hands-on experience supporting ERP, CRM, or HRIS applications.
Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Excel for data reporting, integration, and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
Customer-focused and collaborative communicator who takes initiative to streamline workflows, enhance system performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Occasional travel to the Toronto office may be required.
