Job Title: Full Stack Developer Role Summary: Deliver rapid, high‑quality code for a customer‑centric educational platform, driving adoption and satisfaction across schools, teachers, parents, and students. Work closely with a Lead Developer and CPO to own feature development, onboarding, and support, ensuring the platform meets evolving client needs. Expactations: - Own end‑to‑end product development cycles, from concept to production. - Spearhead technical solutions that accelerate platform growth and adoption. - Engage proactively in team discussions, balancing stakeholder priorities. - Resolve support issues swiftly to maintain user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, test, and deploy scalable web services and front‑end components. - Collaborate with product and customer teams to refine feature requirements and iterate on user feedback. - Participate in code reviews, maintain code quality standards, and enforce best practices. - Provide technical support for production incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and documentation. - Assist in onboarding new schools, delivering training, and gathering adoption metrics. Required Skills: - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, or equivalent; strong experience with React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks. - Backend expertise in Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby; API design (REST, GraphQL). - Solid knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firestore) databases. - Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities; comfortable in agile environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience). - No specific certifications required, though DevOps or cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
