We’re hiring a second full-stack developer to work closely with our experienced Lead developer and CPO to supercharge our development capacity. The role will involve building and evolving areas of our platform quickly and with a focus on customer success. This role is central to enhancing platform adoption, and to this end the first few months will be spent working closely with our schools to help onboard, train and increase adoption. The role comes with a high degree of ownership and will be rewarding for an individual who can proactively bring their technical prowess to bear on adapting our platform to help customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Pursue excellence in rapid product development: Use all means at your disposal to write excellent code and increase value for the teachers, parents and students using the Involve platform.
Team fit and agility: Engage in product and customer-focused discussions within the team, collaboratively solving puzzles and balancing needs between different priority areas.
Platform support: Assist with technical support as needed, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to enhance satisfaction and drive platform adoption.

Interview Process

A typical process for us involves:

1) Initial call with our hiring manager

2) Technical call with our CTO

3) In-person interview covering general and technical topics
