**Job Title**: Senior Cloud Engineer
**Role Summary**: Design, deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Azure-based solutions (Entra ID, Intune, M365) for enterprise clients. Owns upgrades, troubleshooting, security compliance, and collaboration with client InfoSec and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality operational and project support.
**Expectations**: Self‑driven, highly organized, able to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment. Deliver secure, scalable solutions; document standard resolutions; communicate progress clearly; mentor peers; maintain compliance with industry security benchmarks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and support existing Entra, Intune, and M365 environments.
- Resolve performance and connectivity issues; perform root‑cause analysis.
- Gather client requirements, design and implement customizations and integrations, and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Plan, test, and execute upgrade and new application deployment processes.
- Create and maintain standard resolution documentation for common issues.
- Train and coach junior staff as needed.
- Work closely with client InfoSec teams to enforce security best practices (CIS benchmarks, Conditional Access, MFA, etc.).
- Monitor and advise on infrastructure health and enterprise application performance.
- Conduct impact analysis for changes and assess business implications.
- Utilize Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Terraform IaC for infrastructure management.
- Perform vulnerability scans using tools such as Nessus and Qualys.
**Required Skills**
- 6+ years enterprise application support; 4+ years Azure infrastructure experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and M365 (including migration and add‑in management).
- Strong problem‑solving across Windows, Linux, and network environments.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and Power BI reporting skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Terraform IaC.
- Familiarity with virtual environments, cloud solutions, and vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys).
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong technical writing and documentation.
- Proven organizational, prioritization, and multi‑tasking abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ‑400) preferred; other Azure certifications beneficial.
