Job Description
**Job Title** DDaT Contract and Supplier Analyst **Role Summary** Provide analytical support to the DDaT Contract and Supplier Manager, monitoring contract performance, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement frameworks. Deliver insights on spend, cost savings, and service quality across the DDaT Directorate. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, accurate contract and supplier performance analysis. - Maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders. - Categorise contracts and suppliers into Gold, Silver, Bronze tiers. - Support audit evidence and value‑for‑money assessments. - Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between business relationship managers and the Supplier and Contract Management teams. - Manage one Grade 10 Contracts and Supplier Officer. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor contract KPIs, deliverables, renewal dates and compliance with governance. - Analyse spend and trends to identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities. - Develop and maintain supplier performance dashboards and reporting tools. - Support audit and evidence collection for due diligence. - Promote social value, sustainability, and local economic impact through supplier engagement. - Categorise contracts and suppliers (Gold, Silver, Bronze) for consistency. - Provide support to the Contracts and Supplier Officer. - Act as a liaison between Business Relationship Managers and the DDaT Supplier and Contract Management teams. **Required Skills** - Advanced data analysis and reporting (Excel, database queries). - Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication. - Supplier performance monitoring and contract administration. - Knowledge of contract lifecycle management (pre‑award to close‑out). - Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency in developing dashboards and visual analytics. - Understanding of procurement regulations (desirable). - Leadership or staff‑management experience (desirable). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. - Professional certification in procurement, contract management, or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, PMP, or equivalent) is desirable.
