**Job Title:** Sales Account Manager – France (Freelance) **Role Summary:** Independent sales professional responsible for acquiring and managing B2B accounts within the restaurant, café, catering, and food‑service sectors across France and Belgium. Drives revenue growth through prospecting, relationship building, quoting, and closing while maintaining high customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Generate new business via cold‑calling (≈120‑150 calls/week) and targeted outreach. - Meet or exceed monthly sales and KPI targets. - Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reporting. - Work autonomously as a self‑employed contractor, collaborating remotely with internal support teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and contact prospective B2B clients in France/Belgium. - Manage existing accounts, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities. - Prepare quotations, negotiate terms within pricing guidelines, and finalize contracts. - Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and conduct follow‑ups to maximize conversions. - Record all client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales metrics in Pipedrive CRM. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales, business development, or account management experience. - Strong French communication (written & verbal); English proficiency a plus. - Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and cold‑calling abilities. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, able to prioritize multiple accounts. - Familiarity with sales KPIs and CRM software (preferably Pipedrive). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant sales training is advantageous.
