Job Description
Job title: Director of Influencer Marketing Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end influencer and creator marketing for a DTC women’s apparel brand. Own day‑to‑day execution, performance tracking, and creative briefings, working autonomously with founders. Expectations: - Deliver measurable growth through paid creator campaigns. - Maintain an always‑on creator pipeline across TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate channels. - Show strong performance focus: ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics. - Operate independently; no direct reports. Key Responsibilities: - Source, recruit, and manage UGC creators, micro‑ and macro‑influencers. - Negotiate contracts, product seeding, and follow‑ups. - Brief creators on high‑converting content and oversee production. - Manage TikTok Shop creator relationships and affiliate programs. - Track and analyze performance (links, codes, ROAS, CAC, qualitative insights). - Identify breakout creators and build long‑term partnerships. - Repurpose top creator content for paid, organic, and site assets. - Support creative direction for social content based on performance data. - Collaborate on campaign ideas, product launches, and drop timing. - Explore and test new growth channels linked to creator content. Required Skills: - 4+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in DTC. - Proven track record launching and scaling paid influencer campaigns. - Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short‑form video trends. - Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring ROAS, CAC, and link performance. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. - Aesthetic judgment aligned with women’s fashion and lifestyle brands. - Ability to work scrappily, own results, and produce creative briefs that drive conversion. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). - No mandatory certifications, but experience with performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TikTok analytics, influencer platforms) is required.
