Job Specifications
Company Description
Public Veil is a premium women's apparel brand dedicated to delivering elevated, obsessively-designed wardrobe staples at prices that are as close to cost as possible. By eliminating retail markups and middlemen, we focus on providing radically good clothing at shockingly low prices.
Role Description
Paid influencer and creator content is our primary growth channel, and we’re hiring someone to own it. This is not a “brand awareness only” role. You will be accountable for performance, output, and momentum. This is a hands-on execution role. You will personally run influencer and creator marketing day to day — sourcing creators, managing campaigns, and driving results. This is not a people-management role, and there is no team under you. You will work closely with the founders and have real autonomy.
What you'll be doing:
Influencer & Creator Marketing (Primary)
Source, recruit, and manage UGC creators, micro-influencers, and select macro creators
Build and maintain an always-on creator pipeline (TikTok, IG, affiliates, gifting, paid)
Brief creators clearly to produce content that converts (not just pretty videos)
Manage outreach, negotiations, contracts, product seeding, and follow-ups
Oversee TikTok Shop creators and affiliate relationships
Track performance: links, codes, ROAS, CAC, and qualitative creative learnings
Identify breakout creators and build long-term relationships with top performers
Repurpose high-performing influencer content across paid, organic, and site assets
Creative & Marketing Support (Secondary)
Help guide creative direction for social content based on what’s working
Collaborate on campaign ideas, drops, and product launches
Assist with testing new growth channels tied to creator content
Coordinate with internal team on product availability, launches, and timing
About you:
4+ years in influencer marketing (DTC preferred)
Experience launching and growing paid influencer campaigns
Deep TikTok / Reels instincts — you know what works and why
Organized, scrappy, and comfortable owning results
Strong taste aligned with women’s fashion / lifestyle brands
Performance-minded (links, codes, CAC), not just “brand vibes”
Compensation:
DOE
Location:
Hybrid in office / remote - minimum 3 days in New York City office
