Job Description: **Job Title** Advanced Analytics & BI Engineer **Role Summary** Senior analytics professional responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI‑enhanced Power BI dashboards. Works closely with business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. **Expectations** - 6‑month contract-to-hire with hybrid onsite (3 days/week). - Deliver scalable, reliable analytics solutions aligned with business goals. - Communicate technical findings to non‑technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering). - Extend Power BI dashboards with AI insights (predictive tiles, natural language queries). - Conduct advanced analytics such as A/B testing, customer segmentation, forecasting, and anomaly detection. - Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and solve ambiguous, high‑value problems. - Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations. - Ensure solutions are production‑ready, documented, and maintainable. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. - Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Advanced Power BI development (DAX, M, AI visuals). - Strong analytical mindset; ability to structure ambiguous problems. - Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, forecasting, anomaly detection. - Familiarity with Agile practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate) are a plus.
