Advanced Analytics & BI Engineer (No Sponsorship or C2C)

Our client is hiring for a hybrid, Advanced Analytics & BI Engineer. This position is a 6-month contract to hire role, that does require going onsite 3 days a week.

As an Advanced Analytics & BI Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives across the organization.

Role Overview

You will focus on advanced analytics solutions, including machine learning models and AI-powered enhancements to Power BI dashboards. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to solve high-impact problems, identify trends, and deliver intelligence that supports smarter decision-making.

Success in this role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value, align analytics solutions with organizational goals, and operate effectively in an evolving, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions
Enhance and extend Power BI dashboards using AI-driven insights
Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and solve ambiguous, high-value business problems
Apply advanced analytics techniques such as:
A/B testing
Customer segmentation
Forecasting
Anomaly detection
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business priorities

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
Strong foundation in AI/ML, data science, and analytics
5+ years with Power BI and data visualization
Hands-on experience with:
Python, R, and SQL
Machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn or TensorFlow
Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured, data-driven solutions

Preferred

Experience supporting healthcare-related organizations
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Azure tools and services
