Job Description: Job title: Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Hybrid contract Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain mobile web and backend services for a B2C professional networking platform. Expectations: • Contractual role with potential transition to full‑time after launch. • Collaborate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team. Key Responsibilities: • Design, code, and test responsive mobile web pages using CSS and JavaScript. • Build and maintain server‑side components (Node.js) and databases (MongoDB). • Implement or integrate machine‑learning features as required. • Optimize application performance and ensure cross‑platform compatibility. • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: • Proficient in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). • Strong object‑oriented programming and RESTful API design. • Front‑end expertise (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design). • Backend development with Node.js and database schema design. • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams. • Preferred: experience with AI/ML integration and B2C product development. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field *OR* equivalent 7+ years of software engineering experience.
