Role Description

This is a hybrid contract position for Full Stack Engineer with the potential for full-time employment after launch. We are located in New York, NY. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of mobile applications with focus on either front-end, ML, or back-end development. Daily tasks include writing clean, functional code, developing servers and databases, designing and optimizing responsive mobile web pages using CSS, and ensuring cross-platform optimization. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to improve the software development process and ensure application functionality and performance.

Qualifications

Proficiency and experience in MERN stack
General Software Engineering skills and knowledge
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR 7+ years of engineering experience
AI/ML experience preferred
Experience in business to customer facing products and/or information services a plus
