Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Role Summary: Junior inside sales professional focused on expanding and servicing the Benelux market with consultative selling of industrial digital transformation solutions (PLM, MOM, IoT, etc.). Expectations: - Build and grow a regional customer portfolio. - Acquire deep understanding of client operational challenges and digital ambitions. - Deliver tailored solutions that create measurable business value. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with technical and marketing teams. - Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining long‑term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events. - Identify client needs and match them with appropriate digital solutions. - Prepare and present proposals, guided by senior mentors. - Assist in negotiation, contract preparation, and project hand‑over. - Support marketing and communication activities linked to sales campaigns. - Maintain and nurture relationships with clients and software partners. - Occasional travel for client meetings or industry events. Required Skills: - Consultative sales approach and strong customer focus. - Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken); French a plus. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and willing to learn. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Basic technical understanding of industrial software and digital transformation. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales productivity tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., internships in sales or tech). - No mandatory certifications required; knowledge of PLM/MOM/IOT concepts is advantageous.
