**Job Title:** Client Director **Role Summary:** Senior leader responsible for owning end‑to‑end client relationships, driving revenue growth and margin performance across a portfolio of large consumer enterprises. Acts as a trusted advisor to C‑level decision makers, translates business challenges into digital CX and custom enterprise solutions, and ensures delivery quality through close collaboration with product, design, and technology teams. **Expectations:** - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (≥ €250k deals, ≥ €1M accounts). - Maintain high client satisfaction, accurate forecasting, and risk management. - Deliver profitable projects on time, preserving margin quality. - Expand the firm’s footprint within existing accounts and generate new pipeline. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities with existing and target clients. - Lead senior client engagements, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted partner. - Identify, shape, and win high‑value opportunities; develop clear business cases and ROI. - Define project scope, outcomes, and expectations from inception through delivery. - Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery leads to protect quality and margins. - Monitor and report relationship health, forecasting, risks, and opportunities. - Leverage network to uncover early opportunities and drive growth. **Required Skills:** - Proven record of closing and growing enterprise accounts (≥ €250k deals). - Strong executive presence; comfortable navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. - Deep understanding of digital customer experience (CX) and custom enterprise application development (mobile & web). - Ability to translate business challenges into outcome‑based solutions and ROI. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. - Strategic thinking with a focus on long‑term outcomes over quick wins. - Leadership mindset: mentorship, feedback orientation, and collaborative teamwork. - Analytical and decision‑making acumen; ability to prioritize, escalate, or seek support as needed. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (required). - MBA or advanced degree preferred. - No specific certifications mandated; relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) are a plus.
