**Job Title**: Customer Support & Operations Intern / Apprentice **Role Summary** Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking passengers, delivering exceptional customer experiences. Facilitate bookings, resolve issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service quality in a fast-paced aviation start-up environment. **Expectations** Bilingual French and English (written/spoken). Organized, proactive, and customer-focused. Interest in start-ups and fast-paced environments. Previous customer support experience preferred; passion for aviation beneficial. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide first-line support via phone/email to French-speaking passengers. - Guide passengers through flight selection and booking processes. - Proactively follow up on bookings to ensure smooth execution. - Resolve cancellations or at-risk bookings through effective problem-solving. - Collect and analyze passenger feedback to improve operational processes. - Collaborate with the French Pilot Manager, marketing team, and cross-functional teams to standardize customer workflows. **Required Skills** - Bilingual French and English (written/spoken). - Strong written communication and organizational skills. - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment. **Required Education & Certifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, or related field. No certifications required.
