Your Mission

As a Customer Support Intern / Apprentice, you will be the main point of contact for our French-speaking passengers and play a key role in delivering a smooth and memorable customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Passenger Support

Be the first point of contact for passengers via email and phone
Help passengers find the right flight and guide them through the booking process

Customer Experience & Success

Proactively follow up on bookings to ensure a smooth take-off experience
Help convert cancelled or at-risk bookings through clear communication and problem-solving
Collect and analyse passenger feedback to improve our processes and product

Collaboration

Work closely with the French Pilot Manager and the marketing team
Collaborate with the wider Wingly team to ensure consistent customer processes across markets

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual in French & English (written and spoken)
Strong written communication skills
Well-organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
Enjoy helping people and creating positive interactions
Interest in start-ups and fast-moving environments
Previous experience in customer support is a plus
Passion for aviation is a bonus (but not required!)
