Job Title: Product Marketing Manager Role Summary Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a B2B SaaS offering. Serve as the liaison among Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver compelling narratives and enablement materials that drive commercial outcomes. Expectations - Own the creation and maintenance of a central messaging framework. - Design and execute GTM plans for new feature releases and product launches. - Produce sales enablement assets that reduce price-focused conversations and improve win rates. - Translate complex product details into clear, customer‑centric stories and market buzz. Key Responsibilities - Conduct customer interviews and validate pain points to refine positioning. - Build and update positioning documents and messaging house, ensuring consistency across channels. - Develop sales decks, battle cards, one‑pagers, case studies, and other enablement tools. - Lead GTM strategy sessions for new launches, coordinating Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. - Perform competitive analysis and monitor G2 reviews to identify differentiation opportunities. - Collaborate with sales to shift conversations from price to value, enhancing the opportunity‑to‑close ratio. - Translate feature releases into market‑ready stories that generate buzz. Required Skills - 3–6 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS. - Proven track record building GTM frameworks, messaging hierarchies, and sales enablement assets that deliver measurable results. - Strong customer‑insight capabilities; comfortable interviewing and synthesizing feedback. - Commercial acumen: understand how positioning influences sales outcomes. - Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication. - Analytical mindset with a structured yet creative approach. - Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Optional: Product Marketing Manager certification, marketing analytics, or related credentials.
