**Job Title**: Enterprise Sales Executive **Role Summary**: Drive end‑to‑end acquisition and closing of high‑value enterprise accounts for a SaaS payment orchestrator. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding, deliver revenue growth, and expand market presence in the payments sector. **Expectations**: - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified enterprise leads. - Demonstrate a track record of closing complex international deals. **Key Responsibilities**: - Prospect and qualify new enterprise prospects across diverse industries. - Develop and present tailored sales strategies using deep product knowledge. - Lead negotiations, structure profitable contracts, and close deals. - Coordinate onboarding of new clients with product and support teams. - Maintain ongoing relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders. - Gather client feedback to inform product improvements. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to align strategies. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management. **Required Skills**: - Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a hunter/closer in SaaS sales. - Fluency in English; additional languages a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport‑building skills. - Experience selling to international, multi‑cultural enterprise customers. - Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). - Deep understanding of the payments and fintech market trends. - Excellent time‑management, strategic planning, and self‑motivation. - Familiarity with customer support practices and lifecycle management. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Professional certifications in sales (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) or fintech are advantageous but not mandatory.
