DLS offers training in over 85 languages. Our linguists and instructors are available for full-time and part-time programs. Job Description
**Job Title** Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary** Maintain, configure, and enhance a Salesforce.com environment serving 40+ CRM users and 500+ community users. Provide daily system support, data integrity, integrations with LMS, Box, Zoom, and train users while facilitating process improvements and change management. **Experiences** - Minimum 1 year as a database or Salesforce administrator. - Experience in SCRUM or agile projects is preferred. - Proficient in managing user support cases, data audits, and integration monitoring. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer Salesforce platform: user account maintenance, reports & dashboards, workflow rules, and permission sets. - Resolve support cases and enhancement requests promptly. - Perform data integrity tasks: audits, deduplication, and documentation. - Manage integrations with external systems, ensuring data consistency. - Gather and document development requirements, coordinate scope and delivery. - Establish and follow change‑management processes for new development. - Communicate development progress and impact to stakeholders. - Create and deliver user training materials and sessions to improve adoption. - Act as liaison between users, vendors, and developers, translating technical details for non‑technical audiences. - Evaluate requirements, assess impact on Salesforce and related applications, and prioritize requests. **Required Skills** - Salesforce.com best practices and functionality understanding. - Data management and audit skills. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to simplify technical concepts. - Project management skills: meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous requests. - Positive attitude, proactive learning, and collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field. - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) strongly preferred.
