Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Analyst – ServiceNow **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform within an insurance group. Drive the lifecycle of ITSM, CMDB, and business applications, ensuring functional enhancements, accurate documentation, and smooth production deployments. **Expectations:** - Manage functional incidents and minor work requests on ServiceNow. - Provide user assistance, training, and reporting guidance. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Oversee internal development, testing, and production rollout. - Maintain comprehensive change documentation. - Collaborate closely with other BAs, developers, and Agile teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolve functional incidents and capture small change requests. - Support end‑users and facilitate efficient use of the platform and its reports. - Analyse business requests, propose enhancements, and identify new feature integrations. - Draft functional requirement documents in partnership with business owners. - Coordinate with internal ServiceNow development teams to review and test delivered work. - Validate and deploy changes to production, ensuring compliance with change management procedures. - Produce and update documentation for all application and process modifications. - Work alongside ServiceNow developers and other BAs to align solutions with business goals. - Apply Agile principles to streamline backlog management and delivery. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience; at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow. - Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and adaptive problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent organizational and documentation skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Proficiency in English (B2 or higher). - Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (≥ 5 years of university education). - Valid ServiceNow certification (mandatory).
