**Job Title:** Onboarding Specialist Intern **Role Summary:** Support the Customer Success team by managing the end‑to‑end onboarding of qualified candidates for in‑person service roles. Ensure accurate profile creation, thorough documentation verification, appropriate skill‑based tagging, and clear candidate availability or location data, while maintaining a minimum quality standard across all onboarding processes. **Expectations:** - Availability for a minimum of 3 hours daily, 5 days a week, during a 90‑day internship period (first 30–60 days unpaid, final 30 days paid). - Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to process quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Guide candidates through profile creation, ensuring completeness and accuracy. - Collect, verify, and validate required documentation to meet compliance and internal standards. - Perform category tagging based on candidate skills, experience, and role suitability. - Confirm and document candidate availability, work preferences, and service locations. - Maintain a defined minimum quality bar for all onboarded profiles. - Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and quality within the Customer Success department. **Required Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. - Basic understanding of recruitment and onboarding best practices. - Familiarity with data entry and quality control processes. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
