Stage – Content Creator
**Role Summary**
Create, adapt, and publish multimedia content to support a digital marketing strategy aimed at penetrating new European and African markets. Work closely with marketing leadership to develop editorial direction, produce tailored communications for LinkedIn, blogs, presentations, case studies and video, and optimize content for local audiences in Italy, Spain and Morocco.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality, brand‑consistent content across all channels within defined deadlines.
- Achieve measurable engagement objectives (e.g., post reach, blog traffic, video views).
- Demonstrate cultural adaptability by localizing tone and references for each target market.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date competitive and trend analysis to inform creative decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Implement editorial line: define tone, key messages, angles, and storytelling frameworks.
2. Produce written assets: LinkedIn posts, SEO‑friendly blog articles, case studies, and presentations.
3. Create audiovisual content: storyboard, film, edit and produce client interview videos and internal videos.
4. Localize content for Italy, Spain, and Morocco, adjusting language, imagery and context to local preferences.
5. Ensure visual and narrative coherence across all deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines.
6. Contribute to the editorial calendar, brainstorming creative concepts and adjusting priorities based on feedback.
7. Conduct competitive and creative market intelligence, reporting insights that influence positioning.
8. Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent French writing; proficiency in English and/or Italian or Spanish required.
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking.
- Proficient with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic video production skills: filming, editing, and post‑production.
- Organized, self‑motivated, and able to juggle several projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross‑functionally.
- Prior experience or personal projects in social media content, blogging, or video production (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Digital Marketing, Audiovisual Production, or related field.
- No specific professional certifications required, but knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices is advantageous.
