Head of Marketing and Brand
**Role Summary**
Spearhead the brand, marketing, fan engagement and digital strategy for a high‑profile sports franchise. Build and maintain a distinct, globally resonant brand, drive ticket sales, enhance fan experience, and deliver measurable commercial growth through integrated media, CRM and partnership initiatives.
**Expectations**

- Elevate brand awareness regionally and nationally.

- Secure and deepen commercial and community partnerships.
- Expand digital reach, CRM database and engagement.
- Lead a high‑performance, creative, data‑driven marketing operation.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Digital, Social & Content Leadership** – Own the digital ecosystem, produce platform‑relevant content, optimise website and fan journeys, grow reach, engagement and conversions.
2. **Fan Engagement** – Embed a fan‑first culture, engage schools, community groups, grassroots clubs and partners throughout the year.
3. **Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth** – Lead media buying, agency performance, multichannel campaigns, ROI measurement; develop and enforce brand guidelines.
4. **CRM & Data Strategy** – Build data‑led segmentation, acquisition and messaging plans.
5. **Leadership & Stakeholder Management** – Inspire internal teams and agencies, set clear KPIs, report to senior leadership, build relationships with local business, civic bodies and national cricket bodies.
6. **Ambassadorial Role** – Represent the brand publicly, champion diversity, inclusion and sustainability initiatives.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior senior experience in brand and commercial marketing, preferably within sport, live entertainment or fast‑paced consumer sectors.
- Certifications in digital marketing, media buying or related disciplines are advantageous.
