Requires self‑motivation, strict adherence to file organization, and ability to produce high‑volume edits on tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Rapidly edit UGC and creator footage into 15 s, 30 s, and 1 min ad variations for paid social testing. - Maintain a systematic, searchable video asset library; tag, categorize, and file assets for easy retrieval by the Acquisition team. - Adapt edits to platform‑specific dimensions (9:16 vertical, 4:5 raster, etc.) and optimize for Meta, Instagram Reels, TikTok. - Assist in A/B testing by exporting alternative hooks, body cuts, calls‑to‑action, and monitoring creative performance. - Incorporate current TikTok/Instagram editing trends to preserve native look and feel. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with mobile‑first editing apps (CapCut, TikTok Symphony, TikTok/Reels native tools, AI photo/video platforms). - Strong visual storytelling: sound design, pacing, retention elements. - Excellent digital organization and file naming conventions. - Passion for paid social video performance and the beauty/skincare sector (preferred). - Self‑motivated, detail‑focused, strong work ethic. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Enrolled in an academic program receiving credit for internship; no prior certifications required.
