Job Description

**Job Title:** Full Stack AI Engineer **Role Summary:** Founding‑level engineer responsible for end‑to‑end design, development, and scaling of an AI‑driven market demand modelling platform. Works across backend services, AI/LLM integration, data pipelines, frontend dashboards, and cloud infrastructure. Reports directly to the CTO and influences technical direction from day one. **Expectations:** - Own the full product stack and drive architectural decisions. - Deliver reliable, scalable AI and data engineering solutions in a fast‑moving early‑stage environment. - Collaborate with a small founding team and later mentor/lead additional engineers. - Demonstrate startup mindset: autonomy, rapid iteration, and accountability for outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python. 2. Build and maintain ELT pipelines and data processing workflows. 3. Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs and orchestrate multi‑agent systems. 4. Develop and support frontend dashboards (preferably with Next.js) for end‑user interaction. 5. Deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker on Azure cloud infrastructure. 6. Evaluate and incorporate vector databases and other data storage solutions. 7. Define and evolve platform architecture, tooling, and best practices. 8.
