Full Stack AI Engineer

Remote (UK Based only)

£80,000-£100,000 + Equity

This is a pivotal engineering role at an early-stage AI startup that’s hit a crucial point in their growth. The company is commercialising its platform and needs a Founding Engineer to own it end to end.

You will be working on a market demand modelling product that sits at the intersection of AI and data engineering. The platform processes complex data from a wide range of sources and translates it into actionable intelligence for major global institutions.

With a small founding team in place now is the time to add another founding engineer to really guide the platform as it expands. You’ll help shape the architecture, decide on the tools used and eventually grow a team,

The role spans backend services, AI/LLM integration, data pipelines, frontend dashboards and infrastructure. You will report directly into an experienced CTO and have real influence over technical direction from day one.

Tech stack and skills required

The key is strong Python experience
Data pipelines and ELT workflows
Any Vector database experience
Multi agent orchestration
LLM API integrations
Docker
Cloud infrastructure, Azure ideal
Frontend development with Next desirable but the role is backend weighted
Any early-stage startup experience
